Returns
We have a 30 day money-back guarantee for defective or lost products.If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to process a refund. Buyer is responsible for returning the case back to Family Divine to receive full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to Family Divine.In the event your package is lost or damaged we will replace your product at no cost. If there is a design error or printing error we will replace your product at no cost to you.
Reshipping Due To Incorrect Addresses
You will be responsible for cost of reshipping plus additional $15 if the item has to reproduced by FamilyDivine.
