Returns

We have a 30 day money-back guarantee. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to process a refund. Buyer is responsible for returning the case back to Family Divine to receive full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to Family Divine.In the event your package is lost or damaged we will replace your product at no cost. If there is a design error or printing error we will replace your product at no cost to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-5 days for the credit to post.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@familydivine.com or at Contact Us

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in returns where there was no defect.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary but will typically occur within 2-6 business days.

if you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
